Where does the future lie?

In 2009, Meredith Belbin, Simon Walker and Jenny Johnson began collaborating to provide a new kind of consulting approach called The Big Conversation. This involved the three of them having an open conversation within a client organisation. By inviting key thought leaders in the organisation to take part in the conversation, they catalysed thinking, listening and learning throughout the business.

Instead of attempting to solve problems themselves, The Big Conversation enables firms to solve their own problems.
