2. Meredith and Simon will participate in a ‘Big Conversation’ on site in your organisation, with me as Chair. Most companies and large public bodies have difficulty in drawing on the suggestions and criticisms of their staff due to their hierarchical structures. Our solution is to open up the field with intellectually active employees who can engage in free discussion with us. This informal arrangement is non-committal should any decisions be reached but carries the advantage of having internal backing if ideas are implemented thereafter. A DVD record can be made on the day of your ‘Big Conversation’, edited according to your needs. This can then be used internally as an information and staff engagement resource.
